Our organisation is the sum of the people that make it up: their ideas, their knowledge, their energy and their work. Our aspiration is that all team members feel equal ownership over our collective mission and can contribute and lead ideas for how we can achieve it. We're at a really exciting stage of our growth, and we're looking for some brilliant people to help us expand our reach and offer to the youth sector. If you think this might be you, then we'd love to hear from you.
We believe that the best organisations are those that reflect the communities they serve. We value and promote equity, diversity and inclusion. We particularly welcome LGBTQ+ people, members of minoritised ethnic communities, disabled people, and people with direct lived experiences of youth services, either personally or professionally.
We want to support you to show us your best, and to thrive at the College. We encourage you to let us know if you require any adjustments we can make to ensure that our recruitment process enables you to present yourself in a way that you feel comfortable.
